What are your pieces made of?
Our jewellery is crafted from a curated mix of materials, including gold-plated brass, gold vermeil (a thick layer of gold over sterling silver), sterling silver, and baroque and resin pearls. Each piece is chosen for its beauty and quality — we'll always note the material in the product description so you know exactly what you're getting.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
With a little love, your pieces will stay beautiful for a long time! Here are our top care tips:
- Keep your jewellery dry — remove it before washing your hands, swimming, or showering.
- Avoid perfume and lotions directly on your pieces; put your jewellery on last.
- Store flat in a cool, dry place — ideally in the pouch or box it arrived in.
Gold-plated pieces can show wear over time with heavy use, so a little extra care goes a long way!
What ring sizes do you carry?
Most of our rings are available in sizes 7, 8, and 9. Many styles are also adjustable, making them easy to fit a range of finger sizes — we'll always mention this in the product listing. Not sure of your size? A local jeweller can measure you for free in just a minute.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location — you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow it right to your door.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, please reach out to us at hello@vivoire.store within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right. Please note that earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Does my order arrive gift-wrapped?
Yes — always! 🎁 Every Vivoire order arrives beautifully gift-wrapped and ready to give (or keep for yourself — we won't tell). It's our little way of making the unboxing feel as special as the piece itself.
