Shipping
We process all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that international shipping times can vary due to customs and local carrier schedules.
Returns & Refund
Because each piece is made to order and shipped directly, we accept returns for quality issues only.
We'll make it right if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item.
We're unable to accept returns for change of mind, or the wrong size or style being chosen — once a piece has shipped, it can't be returned to inventory as new.
How to file a claim Within 30 days of delivery, email hello@vivoire.store with: • Your order number • Clear photos of the damage or defect • A short description of the issue
Once we've reviewed it, you'll choose a free replacement or store credit — and you won't need to ship anything back.
